k2 hair & skin therapy
K2 is a friendly and vibrant hair salon in Newton Abbot which opened it’s doors to the public in 2006. Since then it has steadily grown to become one of the areas leading salons.
project background
I was contacted by the owner of the salon who was worried that their current logo wasn't interesting enough and lacked style and visual impact. They were also concerned that their logo, when used in print and online promotional material, wasn't consistent in it's style and look, and so giving off an unprofessional image to potential new clients.
My aim was to design a logo which was simple and clean in style and design, but gave an image of a hair salon that was both classic yet modern in it's hair styling techniques. The logo also needed to be easily adaptable for use on all their business stationery and promotional material.
Creation of a new 5 website also helped attract local attention and helped drive more potential new clients towards their salon through their online offers and incentives.
